+ -1 moreThey claimed there would be better coverage within my area. There is so little Sprint coverage in this area that we ended up switching back to Verizon. They were supposed to have my husband's phone back within a few days, it's been over a week.
Description of Work: Switched over to sprint in order to get better coverage, and backed up phone data.
