Dr Donovan diagnosed a thyroid condition and helped us find the medication that was easiest to administer. Our sweet gentle cat turns into the demon from h*** when we bring him into the vet, he hisses, spits, growls and voids himself upon entering the doors; but Dr Donovan and her staff take it all in stride.

we have used Dr. Donovan for 15 years now - through several different pets and we have appreciated the great service she and her staff provide. Kind, compassionate and professional. Our most favorite vet ever and we have had some great vets in other places we have lived.

We started with Dr. Donovan 14 years ago when we moved to the area. Her office had just opened and a neighbor gave her a rave review so we gave her a try. We live on an acreage so we have had lots of dogs and cats over the years. Dr. Donovan and her staff have been great to deal with from a new puupy exam to helping us as a well loved dog faced cancer. Dr. Donovan and her staff are friendly, professionad and give great customer/pet service. More important they seem to really care for all the animals they provide care for. The staff seems to love working there which says a lot about how the office is managed. Overall a super positive experience for me and my pets.

We will continue to use them.

It went very bad. I went to get a second opinion and the other vet said that my dog was too active and that if he had this heart problem he would have had a heart attack or went into cardiac arrest already. The other vet reccommended that I go to Kansas State Vet School and see a cardiologist. After my long trip there on Dec. 23 (day before x-mas) and thinking that I am going to end up putting my dog down (agonizing stress) I found out that nothing is wrong. At KSU they did a cardiogram and many ultrasounds and sonograms and more x-rays. So after this whole ordeal I spent well of $1000 at KSU all because she is full of misdiagnoses. This isnt' the first time. She can't even diagnose allergies and prescribe medication. After this round about all she wanted to do to compensate me was to take more x-rays to make sure her machine worked. She didn't offer any monetary fix or anything. That was a lot of money to spend all because she lied to me. and I even had to pay her in full. She is a horrible vet. Only go there if you want your pet to die or you want to get lied to.

Dr. Donovan's been our vet off and on for over 5 years (military family that moves in and out of town). She is an outstanding vet and will treat your animal as if it were a member of her family. She treated our dog, Dozer, from the time he was a puppy until he had to be put down from a kidney issue (unpreventable). She was also gentle with me as Doze was my "fur child." It was a long haul, but after everything, I would still recommend her without reservation. As a matter of fact, I still take my other dog, Powder to her.
