Jerry was very prompt in giving me a diagnosis of the problem with my stereo receiver and his estimate for repairs was very reasonable. however the parts were unavailable because it was Chinese made so he charged me nothing for the diagnosis. I feel he's very honest and would have done a good job had the parts been available. I took it to the store where I bought it and was told it was discontinued and unfixable so I have since replaced it.

At first I rushed him to finish, and he found one problem and fixed it, but there was an underlying issue that he missed, so the "fix" only lasted one day. Then I had to take the set back in, and he re-examined it and found another problem, which he fixed for oly the cost of parts.iendly and satisfactory service.
