I always ask for a specific electrician: Eric Tingle. Eric is always on time. He couldn't be friendlier. Explains everything as he goes along so I can understand what is being done. He had a trainee, Alex, with him. He pointed out to him little things that make a job go from good to great. Little things that I might not notice but Eric is a true professional and wants everything to be the best it can be.

Sentry Electric office responded quickly with an appointment and communicated well regarding the details of our appointment and who would be handling our work. Alan was efficient and educated us as he handled our long-time problems. He gave us guidance for future upgrades our home needs and connected us with needed information. A situation that could be stressful is definitely smooth and positive. We are planning further work with Alan and Sentry Electric to upgrade the electric at our home.

I absolutely love this company! They really are good at what they do. Their service is so customer oriented in that they always try to send the same person out when you call. Shane(my electrician) is the best. He is very kind, is great at what he does, explains everything so that I understand...he's just someone you can trust. Can't say enough and would recommend them to anyone. They also have a very good monthly plan that has definately saved me time and money- Great company!!!

I am sorry that we are more expensive than originally estimated, and the general quotes for the city. The general quotes can be off drastically based on the difficulty of your installation and what all needs to be done to prepare for the installation.
