It did not come with a power cord or any instructions on using windows 8. I used the power cord form my old machine. I still cant get my web cam to work. I have not called vendor for help as of yet have not had time during business hours. however for the cost I feel more care should be taken with the customer experience. PC seems to be working well. had difficulty setting up my printer too. Based on my listening to the radio program and wanting to support a local vendor I am disappointed. I expected more.

Very prompt and courteous service.--they had an answer even before I had finished lunch at a nearby restaurant, after dropping off the computer before lunch. I gave them a 'C' on price because they were running a new customer special where the first hour of service was free, so it didn't cost me anything. But without the special, it would have cost approx. $100 just for the diagnosis, and another $100 or so to have them install a new hard drive (that's just the installation, not the hardware itself), which I declined. In the end even that might have been the wrong decision, as I spent many hours on the phone with Dell support, and dealing with Dell's computer repair subcontractors (which did eventually fix the problem, after they replaced both the motherboard and the harddrive).

I was very happy and pleased. They replaced it with no questions asked.

They have a warranty that they back up. I have my Norton 360 and they have a secure updater that they created that updates all the programs. If we have any problems with it, we call them and they usually solve it over the phone. They help us with anything to do with our computer. If they can solve it without us bringing it in, they don't charge us. They also give us one hour free labor if we have never been to them before. We would continue to go to them because we think that they do a good job. I sent them an email a few weeks ago and they sent me information on how to fix the problem. I haven't gotten around to it yet. Once I had a problem with the Norton 360 and they just had me bring it in. The fixed it for no charge since we do have a warranty with them.

Ordered the computer on Jan. 7. Advised it would be ready in 2 weeks. Began calling two weeks later for the status. Was then informed that they meant and quot; weeks of business daysand quot;. approx. one month later the computer was done...oh, but they recorded the phone contact info incorrectly...so and quot;could not reach meand quot;. also sent an email..um..well, I have NO. COMPUTER--- told also that a snail mail notification was sent....never got that either. What a joke this company is. Finally asked to be called by the owner, so I could voice my dissatisfaction...never got a call. Emailed him twice...no reply. The computer seems to be ok, so far, so that's good. Their customer service is ridiculous, as in NON EXISTENT.
