They are very good at getting out the stain and bad odor. They does good job and I been very pleased.

Excellent job. Dave the owner is always on site (with an assistant) and does a great job! Easy to work with.

Dave went above and beyond in working on our carpet trouble spots. We have an elderly dog who makes keeping the carpet clean nearly impossible, but it was SO much better when they were finished. They even came out a week later to work on spots that had wicked up a bit. AND worked on some new spots for no charge. I will definitely hire Royal Carpet Cleaning again.

I have had services from this company spanning three houses and many years.  Dave is careful, thorough and prompt.  I also find his prices extremely competitive.  I would recommend him to everyone.  I have even left the house and had him lock up for me on occasion.  I trust him completely.

They carpets looked great. I would recommend them to others. They also moved all the furniture for us as well, and knew where everything went. Their price was very reasonable. I was satisfied with the service.

They didn't get the sofa clean, and didn't do what I asked. I would not use them again.

I asked them to clean the closet rug but they forgot to do it. They were average and nothing I was really blown away by. I would not use them again and will find somebody better. The showed up on time and their rates were reasonable..

Things went quite well but was not too pleased with the boss's attitude.

Initial carpet cleaning appeared to be thorough and efficient, but after drying numerous stubborn spots reappeared the next morning under full lights. I called Dave to see when he could return to examine and he made an appointment to return the next morning. No questions asked, he recleaned the carpet to a superior quality. Royal's entire process was professional and with a focus on the client's ultimate satifaction. Dave made me a believer in "Royal Treatment"

Everything went well. They were prompt, quick, and worked hard to remove the stain.

I got him off of Angie’s List, and he was good. He came out, measured all the rooms and gave me an estimate on how much it would be for all the rooms and for the guard to put on top of it. I guess he owned the business and he was doing the job himself, and I liked that part. He came on time. He said that if I had any problems with the pet stains, he would come back the next day or whenever it was dry. He did come back and do a good job of it. I was surprised by how much I spent on the job, but again, I did a lot more than I was intending to do. Moreover, I had put on the Scotchgard as well. I think that his prices were comparable.
