Very professional, on time. Gave us different options, upfront with pricing and info. Overall a great experience. Will definitely recommend.

Originally met with Ron who came out to go over some options with us.  When we realized it what we wanted wasn't a door that was routinely carried, he was very good about looking up information and giving us a quote.  Compared to the competing company who pretty much just said what we wanted would be more expensive than the estimate they prepared and didn't seem to enthusiastic about looking into what we were actually looking for.  When it came to the opener, Ron gave us all the options and let us choose what we wanted.
For the door and the opener that we ordered, the price was very reasonable compared to what the competition was offering.  I also felt like I got a lot more options.  Ron even went the extra step of ordering a matching front entry door for us and setting up a contractor to have that installed. 

A few weeks after we ordered the door came in.  The installation guy was very nice and friendly.  He did a good job of removing the old door and installing the new one.  He was very thorough about explaining the features of the new opener.  He also pointed out some damage on one of the window frames and made sure to document it on their forms so that a replacement piece could be ordered and installed. 

The new door looks amazing and is the quietest I have ever heard.  Overall, I am very satisfied.

The sales man was outstanding. He came out and hand delivered the estimate. He went over the options with me. I fully understood the different options available; so I could make the right decision and that really stood out. The person that came up to do it did all himself and he was also very professional. He explained the difference between the doors we had before and this one. All they ended up with the garage door opener; so by the time it was installed he left. I felt so confident and I knew everything about what I needed to know about. Both the sales person and the person who installed educated me. They were fantastic. They were very timely and always called me back if I had any question. They were very professional and good.
