Carpet looks like new! I could not believe the difference. Cannot say enough about Mark and his professionalism. I would have given them an "A" in all categories except they were running behind and were late showing up, but its probably because they do such a thorough job.  Very satisfied and will definitely use Pinnacle Carpet Cleaning again!

Amazingly well! 25 year old white carpeting looks like new! He helped me to move furniture before and after cleaning. Attention to detail was ever-present, accompanied with a can-do spirit! He extended himself. Very pleased. Best $99.00 I've ever spent!

He arrived on time, did a fairly good job of cleaning the carpet. Then he asked if he could drain the dirty water down my driveway. He said it was mostly water and would not kill the grass. Now I have dead grass with filthy caret fuzz in it.
