Good work has three components: 1) communication, 2) crew, and 3) quality. Paint Pros receives an A+ in all areas. My telephone calls were always returned quickly. My questions were always answered. These painters arrived on time, respected my property (this means completely cleaning up after each day on the job), and were knowledgeable about my job and the products being used. Quality was top notch. Painting Pros completed repair, prep, and painting with total attention to detail and "correct" process. Excellent choice = Paint Pros.

First of all, I called 3 different painting companies and Chris from Paint Pros was the only one to give me a quote. He ensured a small crew remained on the project for quality control. Craig (job foreman) was such a pro. Kept me informed of the process and what I could expect as the project progressed. They left the job site spotless every evening. Put up the color and ensured I was happy with my selection before moving on. Changed trim colors on them. No sweat for them. They were happy to accommodate my changes

Chris and his crew were courteous and professional from beginning to end. Uncooperative weather extended the project beyond expectations.  The crew remained upbeat and a pleasure to work with. When some minor repairs surfaced, Chris found a carpenter for us who was reasonably priced and did very good work. 

No problems; Chris provide a quick visit and gave us an estimate within a week; we scheduled a spring 2016 painting; due to a cancelation, he had time in the fall of 2015, just before cold weather; He and Craig, who did the majority of work on our house, worked hard for a week to get things done; Craig did an excellent job of scraping and clearning up; he was very professional in his painting.Both gentlemen were task oriented but willing to answer questions and help us understand the process.

Chris and his employee Craig did an excellent job. I originally got the quote in the Spring of 2014 and didn't get around to scheduling the job until Summer 2015. Chris was just as responsive the second time I contacted him and updated my bid within a week after we went over the house and discussed my plans for it. Chris had helpful suggestions, and I'm glad I listened to his ideas.
The exterior of my house had not been taken good care of in a long time. Paint was peeling everywhere, and it was evident the last paint job was over a decade old and hadn't been well done in the first place. I'm very happy with the amount of time Chris and Craig spent prepping, scraping, caulking, and priming. It looks like a new house, and I expect the paint job to hold up well.
Lastly, I got three or four quotes, and Chris's was right in the middle, price-wise. I know people who have used the cheaper operations, and been very dissatisfied with the results. Paint Pros is an excellent value, from my research and experience.

Chris Landis is the owner of the business and the person I had the most contact with.  He responded quickly to my request for an estimate.  He also was quite willing to give me references (names and phone numbers) of other jobs he had done.  One was a former painting contractor who had hired someone else first that messed up the job.  She had Paint Pros come in and was extremely happy with the results (as were the others that I called).  There was a bit of a delay (on my part) while I had the roof redone.  Also he recommended a contractor that replaced some rotted wood, before the painting began.  The power-washing was done one day, and then the next Monday he and his crew (two other guys) started in.  They finished up on Friday.  Everything looks great.

We hired Paint Pros to paint the exterior of our house. Chris was extremely professional He communicated clearly and provided a very detailed estimate. While on the job he and his crew were friendly and easy to talk with. The work they did was excellent. Paint Pros attended to details in preparing the house, doing the painting, and cleaning up. We are very pleased with their work and plan to hire him for other painting work we have.
Having owned rental property and working with painting contractors for work as well as personal property, we have had the opportunity to work with many painters.  The estimate they provided was the most detailed painting estimate we have seen.  Paint Pros should be used without hesitation.

Chris Landis met with me over the Christmas Holidays to review my rental.   The work had to be coordinated with a roof tear off and replacement.  
As soon as the roof work was completed in the spring, Chris painted the house very quickly and very much to the satisfaction of my tenant.  Very little disturbance, especially as he had to be in and out of the house on several occasions to repair and paint a water damaged bedroom.
So satisfied with his work, we intend to have him paint the entire interior in the near future.  
I have been a property manager for 40 years, and work with many vendors and supervise many millions  of dollars in projects.  Very few vendors are as easy as my dealings with Chris.

I met with the owner, Chris, in February of 2015 to get an estimate on my rent home. I also met with another highly rated Angie's List painter to get an estimate from him. Chris had the lowest bid and impressed me with his professionalism so I contracted him to paint my home before May 31 of 2015. The home he was to paint is a rental, I live in Austin, TX and wanted to be present for the actual work. Chris contacted me about a week prior to beginning prepping the house for the paint, so I had plenty of time to get to Seward. He arrived on the day he said he'd begin work. He and his crew did a great prep job, repaired some damaged siding, used a high quality primer, and painted the house to my exacting specifications. Clean up was immaculate. He did all this with minimal disturbance to my renters. I could not be happier with the job Paint Pros did and I highly recommend them to you.

This is the third time I've hired Paint Pros for interior paint jobs. The first time, Chris was hired to finish a job started by another horrible painter I had hired. He knew exactly who had done the work before him just by seeing the shoddy workmanship, but he maintained his professionalism, kept his opinions to himself, and simply finished the job above and beyond my expectations.
I have since hired him for two other projects in my home (Master BR/2nd BR and Great Room) and each time he outdid himself! His workmanship and professionalism are beyond reproach. Chris is a perfectionist and can back it up. He uses quality products, has very competitive rates,  and is the most precise/professional painter I have ever hired. On top of all this, Chris is just a really nice, genuine guy who takes everything in stride and goes out of his way to ensure you are comfortable with him and his crew being in your home.

He was prompt and unlike others we contacted, he didn't have a 4 month waiting list.  Nice guy.  He inspected the work of his crew as they went and corrected them.   He asked questions of us about how we wanted things done and patiently worked with us when we were undecided on colors.  He was also flexible when we had concerns about leaving the doors open to dry the paint on the door (we have no screen door).   No painting job is ever 100%  perfect.  This job looks good and I have no major complaints.  

We were extremely happy with Paint Pros!  They were prompt in providing an estimate, did a fabulous job on painting the exterior of our house and completed everything is just two days.  They were timely, thorough, and very professional? an absolute pleasure to work with!  I highly recommend them and will certainly be using them again for future projects.

We are completely satisfied with the painting service provided by Paint Pros.  They used paint that we had available but also successfully purchased paint to match our existing siding without having any siding sheets available to take to paint store.  They willing did extra work on the outside without adding to the price quote.  They recommended areas that could be cleaned in place of painting..  They filled nail holes and added touch up paint on the front in a location they were not contracted to paint and at no extra cost.  They paid attention to worn areas on the wood and fixed them as needed.  They patched and repaired worn plaster on inside walls before painting.

They were quick to answer calls and to return calls.  They arrived when they were scheduled and worked at a timely pace to limit interference.  They were friendly and professional.  We highly recommend them!

Paint Pros owner Chris Landis and his cordial team of painters arrived  promptly at 8 am and in four days of continuous hard work transformed the exterior of our home with speed and perfection. In addition to painting the exterior, they filled some gaps around windows in our circa 1974 house; scraped some peeling paint and prepared damaged brick from creeping ivy for painting; filled woodpecker holes, and, did a great job with our wrought iron railings.  They were always patient and eager to explain next steps. Chris also made helpful suggestions without pressure to accept his advice. I did accept his advice, however, and was greatly pleased. Upon completion of their work, there was a complete inspection down to the final inch. Both my husband are very happy with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend Paint Pros to others in the community.

Excellent professional service. Received a detailed estimate of costs on Friday and the work was completed in one day, the following Tuesday. Contractor showed up on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up thoroughly after the work was completed.

Chris Landis of Paint Pros was professional from beginning to end.  End result was fabulous.  Will definitely be using his services in the future.
