I selected the company because it promised to use "green", entirely non-toxic and non-polluting, materials...and because their coupons (in the local telephone book) offered very reasonable rates for the cleaning service. The appointment for cleaning was made on rather short notice...several days in advance. The call center, where the appointment was registered, is based in North Carolina...and that concerned me. At this time, there is only one Oxymagic provider in Lincoln, and for now he is scheduling only on weekends and evenings. I made a Saturday appointment, and he arrived on the very minute. The provider was courteous, professional, and explained accurately what he would be doing. I had already cleared the rooms as much as possible; we discussed which of the remaining pieces of furniture could be moved to facilitate cleaning, and he indeed moved these (with great care) in order to do a thorough job. He worked efficiently, but not hastily nor carelessly. Three rooms, a hallway, and bath required about 2.5 hours, plus one more hour to dry. There was no chemical odor, nor stiffness nor sticky residue resulting from the cleaning and treatment.
