I live in an apartment and have dealt with silverfish and ants for several years. Although the complex does provide pest control services with another company, I wanted to set up an on-going spraying of the apartment to occur every couple of months to be proactive. My neighbor referred me to Orkin (she said that she was very satisfied with their service, as she also has them come and spray her apartment). After I called the company to schedule an appointment, George called the night before to confirm the date and the time. This was to occur during my lunch hour. I was very pleased that he was right on time, got right down to business, and he even explained the process as he worked. I will continue to use Orkin in the future.

I pay $90 every other month for the inside spraying and $85 for the yard. They are consistent. The gentleman who comes is considerate and calls ahead. They seem to be fairly successful in controlling the pests around the house.

They were quick to respond when I first discovered the termite damage and got the work done. I have no evidence of termite since.

Their service is fine. I think it is $35 each time they come. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.
