Oler's Family Upholstery

I contacted Oler's family Upholstery (now Oler's Family Upholstery and Supplies) in November of 2008. On Nov. 24th Bonnie and her brother came out and I picked out material. She required a check for the materials and I gave her a check for over $800. I called 3 weeks later when I hadn't heard from her and got no response. 2 months later I called again and this time she answered, told me the company wasn't responding to her order and I would have to pick another material. She came right out and I picked another material. This required another check for over $200. By this time I didn't want to pay more but she already had over $800 of mine. She finally came for the furniture with another brother in April. This is when I lost all contact with this "business". She wouldn't return call on her cell phone. She cancelled her land line and had a different address. After 5 months I had my husband call her from his cell phone and she called him back right away at which time proceeded to tell her we were coming for our furniture. She convinced us she would have the work done in 1 week. After that week she didn't call and didn't return our calls. We found her most recent business address. A warehouse with no posted business hours and the name written in magic marker on the door. We sat outside of it for 2 evenings until she finally showed up. I demanded to see my furniture. She let us in and they were only half done. She promised they would be done in a few days. On the promised day she called and we showed up with our own truck and took our furniture home in a rain storm. She over charged by by over $100 and had the audacity to say she gave me a discount.
