Excellent workmanship, friendly and helpful staff, fast turn-around. I am a very satisfied repeat customer. They have even repaired and resoled my Birkenstocks (with genuine BIrk parts), and they are actually better than (and cheaper) than getting new ones, as they are already broken in. They will tell you straight out if they cannot do a job well or if it is not worth doing. They also carry high quality and reasonably priced shoe supplies (polishes in every color imaginable, for example).
