Avoiding high rent and provide the custom craftsmanship and expertise Northeast Cabinet & Remodeling provided prior to Steven opening a long time dream of his, a high end show place design studio displaying a lot of his craftsmanship through out the showroom, conference rooms and offices. Staffed with top asid accredited interior designers provided with top industry leading products, competitive pricing and options for most market ready clients, becoming some of Lincoln's top builders choice for most interior finish products and or materials. This was the vision. This vision was accomplished with 1st year’s sales just south of a million, 2nd year north of a million. Steven’s ownership and management was pushing exceptional growth into the third year. Elite Kitchens & Flooring high end designer staffed showroom in the Pioneer Woods Retail complex at 70th & Pioneers blvd offered it all. Appliances, furniture, cabinets, flooring, counter tops, window coverings, design services/coordination and custom craftsmen, master craftsmen and their services for every product (just to name some). SJM is back to the roots and craftsmanship in remodeling custom designed kitchens and general remodels. Past distributor relations with proven success and massive volume purchases help position Northeast Cabinet & Remodeling customers for maximum return on investment possible for the scope of their project. Northeast Cabinet & Remodeling Co. (2003-2009) and now present. President, founder, majority stock holder, Residential Commercial Interiors Company, Inc. d.b.a Elite Kitchens & Flooring a interior designer staffed showroom. (2007-2010). Steven reluctantly sold his majority ownership in 2010 and then sadly witnessed the company's closing.. The offices, conference rooms and multiple kitchens displayed on the show floor almost was completely crafted, designed, and built out with Stevens own hands and expertise. Paint, drop ceilings, tile, carpet, wood, flooring, cabinets, hardware, custom artisan type trim and door staining, sealing, varnishing, all carpentry and to many other custom touches to name here. Elite was a beautiful showplace built and managed successfully during Stevens tenure, a good business man and a extremely talented top master craftsman with experience in the industry dating back to his childhood working at his grandfathers lumberyard in Bisbee AZ.
