We ordered the windows April 2009, were told it would take about 6 wks to get here and that was fine, it did, they came right out to install, good so far, they could not have been nicer, or more efficient, excellent, then we started getting flat tire, they had left screws in the drive way, did not complain about this as we probably should have swept the driveway after them, still ok so far, I had ordered a replacement, REPLACEMENT patio door, we had french doors previously, and loved them. we also knew it would take quite sometime for the doors to come in as it was a new prouduct, didn't get here until Oct 2009 and they installed them in Dec, still ok so far....... then we checked the doors. no screen, they wouldn't lock, (slider was installed too high), and there was a noticeable gap at the top and bottom of the doors where they met in the middle, Now starts the problem. was able to get in touch with the company but unable to get them to return the call, very nice receptionist, however the person who ordered the doors originally suggested we go to Lowe's to get a screen, @##$%, someone came out to look and did find the gaps, put a dishtowel in to stop the wind,(this was Dec) then we got a month of bad weather, so I said it was ok to wait for better weather, but they didn't call back until end of Feb or March, then still tried to put me off, I finally decided to call the BBB or something, but they finally decided to replace the door with sliding ones, they finally came to replace them the week of 4/19/10, so one year later I have a patio door with a screen,( otherwise why would you want a patio door) and no gaps (which would let in bugs and other critters) I will say that they did replace a bad product, and were courteous during all of the trips to my home, but this did require lots and lots of telephone time and LOTS of frustration, would not recommend them to anyone, unless they improve their product.
