When we arrived at the reception, you couldn't understand the DJ, at first I thought maybe it was his equipment, but then we had other people speak and you could understand them fine. My videographer went over and told him no one could understand him and gave him an idea on how to fix the problem by holding the mic different. He said he knew what he was doing, but we didn't understand a word he said all night. Then, when asked to turn down the music, he replied to my mother (the mother of the bride) "who are you?" and turned it up louder. The DJ was drunk and didn't listen to the requests from older guests who couldn't hear. I was very disappointed. I filled out the satisfaction survey and requested a call back from the owner. I was told he sent an email and he was too busy to call, but would call on Sept 3rd, but I got no call. I paid $735 for my wedding music and was embarrassed by the lack of respect and professionalism of this company.
