He said he would fix them and said he wouldn't. He advised me to order new ones. I showed him the color of the blinds I wanted. I wrote a check to him for the services. He brought out metal blinds that are an inch flat and put those up. They were nothing like what I wanted. I wrote to him to come out and sent me a letter back.
