MILLER CLEANING

It is so nice to come home to a clean home. The crew was so nice to my kids and dog along with doing a nice job. If ever there was something missed, I could call and Renee was very responsive. Patti is awesome. She is the crew leader and super nice. She really takes pride in her job and the work she does. I feel confident that I can trust the people in my home while I am at work. There is about 2x a year that do a deep spring and fall clean that is great. Overall, I am pleased. I had cleaning companies before and they promised how the home will smell like cinnemon in this room, and flowers at the sink ect but then nothing seemed clean when I came home (or smelled clean). I definitely feel like my home is clean after Renee's crew was there. I found that Renee really gets to know her clients and is very responsive.

I had hired Renee to clean my mother's house before she came home from the hospital after heart surgery.  I used her company because she had cleaned, at that time, for the real estate company my mom worked for.  

Renee came over, and agreed that there wasn't a lot to tackle, my mom has and always will be a better housekeeper than I could ever hope to aspire to.  However, there was dusting, floors, toilets and sinks, etc to be completed.  I did point out that the ceiling fan blades needed to be dusted, the top of the china hutch, window blinds, etc.  I can remember Renee saying, of course they do, that is standard.  

She cleaned for us the morning before mom came home in the afternoon.  I had told my mom about what I had done, and she was quite happy with the surprise.  Well, the surprise was on us, because when we got to the house, NONE of the items I had pointed out, and that Renee had agreed to do, were completed.  

This was not the outcome I had wanted after having paid to have the house cleaned.  It took a few days of haggling over the phone for Renee to come back out and complete that job she was hired to do.  I still ended up doing some of it before she got there, for fear that my mom would decide to do it.

Initially I hired Miller Cleaning several years ago to clean my office. I was so impressed that I hired them for my home as well. It later went down hill. The cleaning was not as good and in April 2008 I stopped using them for my office. I had prepaid through July and was supposed to get refunded. I tried for more than a year to get my refund, but never received it. My house cleaning was okay, not great, but because of the bad business practices with my office, I stopped using them for my home as well. I would stay away from this company and certainly do not prepay or lock into a contract with them.
