Removed roof tiles but did not put protective cover over rood for the weekend; heavy rains came, ceilings fell in and much water damage to ceilings. He promised to make it all right, but has only fixed one ceiling and has not addressed any of the other ceiling stains. After roofing was completed, he painted the exterior of the house including the trim around the windows. He has not completed the trim and it has been at least a month. I have asked him repeatedly to finish the windows so he can put the screens back on. We need to open the windows, and we need the storm windows in case of strong thunder storms with hail. He has promised three times to be right over, and has not done it yet. He has now gone on vacation for 2 weeks. He doesn't keep his word, and he doesn't show up when he says he is going to. I told him if he didn't have the screens back up before he left on vacation, I would have to submit a report to Angie's List. They are not up and he is gone. He stops a job part way through to start another and strings everyone along. He is young, he is new, he may have potential down the line, but he is not making a good start.
