We listed our house for sale with Mike Kistler, most of the time we couldn't get Mike to even return our calls. He never kept us updated with information about how often he showed the house or what any potential buyers found fault with. In the 5 months that Mike had the listing he only had 1 open house that we know of. Mike didn't even put up a for sale sign until we insisted. When a neighbor went to look at the house Mike showed up late then Mike told him that the house was very rough and that he had other houses he could show him instead. When our listing with Mike expired we listed the house with another agent who sold it in 2 weeks.
