The agitator on our approximately 15-year-old Whirlpool washer was not working properly. Although we thought it was likely we would need to replace the machine--given its age--we decided to give Mike's Appliance Service a call first based on reviews read on Angie's List. Mike arrived on time and quickly found the cause of the problem. He recommended repairing it because, as he said, "they just don't make them like this anymore." We were told exactly what the repair would cost, including parts and labor, and decided to go ahead with the repair. Almost a year later, that old washer is still working great!

The provider arrived one day after my call, assessed the situation and replaced a wheel with a failed ball bearing in less than an hour. This is a repair business that I now know has had years of success, and the one I will call will any repair needs.

Great! He was timely, professional and clearly explained what they had to do. I've used other appliance repair businesses in Lincoln and Mike's is the most reasonable in terms of price and excellent at what they do.

They figured out it was the plug in the wall and they replaced it. I have used them several times in the past and they are great. They are really professional and reasonably priced. They do good work.

I have used him a lot and he is good. I love them. Price wise he is very reasonable. His quality of work is very good. I will use him in the future.
