The floors looked nice, prompt on the day she was suppose to do the work, very accommodating to work with. She was accessible, when she was needed, answering all question when we had them.

I'm very happy with Marie she's the best her and he sister clean my sons apartment they are the best! My son loves them the cleaning is going great they come weekly and will highly recommend Marie she's the best!

Please see above. It was awesome! Got burnt stuff off my very old stove top, stuff I couldn't get, and showed me how to do it more easily. Not only vacuumed all the carpets, but sprinkled deodorizer/freshened on first, let it sit for a long time while she worked on other tasks, and then thoroughly vacuumed everything. Washed dishes in the sink! Thoroughly cleaned and disinfected the kitchen sink and showed me how to do it like she does. Washed the kitchen floor, and explained how she rotates what she cleans the floor with every week for her regular customers to keep it in the best condition possible. I supplied the cleaning products for the most part, but I asked her first which products she preferred to use and then went and picked up those that she recommended and which I didn't have already. However, I got the impression that this was probably something that she would tailor to each client, so you'd just need to discuss this with her. In total Maria spent about five hours at my house. It's kind of high if you break it down hourly, but it was worth the money.

Maria is very experienced at house cleaning. She has been doing it for at least a decade. She is reliable (she has not cancelled on me or been sick once that I can recall in the two years she has worked for us). If I ask her to pay particular attention to something or to do something another way she is very flexible and will do what I need for her to do. She is relatively expensive but she knows what she is doing, she is completely trustworthy and reliable, a very nice person, and she enjoys doing a good job and pleasing her employers. I have absolutely no qualms about leaving her alone in the house to do her job if I cannot be there when she is scheduled to come. I am writing this review because she is looking for more houses to clean on a regular basis. Our children are heading off to college now and we don't need her as much as we used to, and she has had a few other houses make similar adjustments in the past few months, so her schedule has some holes in it that she needs to fill to support herself. Maria is originally from Mexico, but she is a US citizen, has a social security number, and files tax returns. She speaks English pretty well; she has been in this country about 20 years I think.
