I called early and they came out the same day to repair the dishwasher. The service man brought a spare motor, suspecting from my description that that was the issue. It was. He showed me the evidence: the salt caked around the motor where it had been leaking, the soaking wet, stained floor beneath the unit. It's all fixed and ready to go for 1/3 the cost of buying a new one. I highly recommend MAJOR for large appliance repair!

I stopped into Major Alliance. They offerd to come out same day, but I scheduled the next day and Tom came out and repaired appliances to my satisfaction.
