Locally owned. Cleaning Hours: 8:30 AM-4:30 PM. All employees are bonded, insured and workers compensation is paid. They are all drug screened, random drug screened throughout the year, criminal history checks done when hired and then done on a yearly basis and physicals are also performed.

Clean, ceiling fans, doors, dust vacuum. We dust all baseboards, furniture, lamps, pictures, shelves and all woodwork. We also cobweb and edge carpeting. We vacuum furniture and groom carpet. We clean sanitize and deodorize. All fixtures, showers and toilets are cleaned as well as outside of all appliances. Mirrors are cleaned and chrome is polished and all floors are washed., sinks, tubs

Kitchen:
counter tops not cleaned
kitchen sink not cleaned
product left numerous times on the counter
did not go 'above and beyond' - example, coffee maker left out with a small amount of coffee; did not empty it
did not clean wood floors, my husband purposefully did not clean up a spill to see if floors were being cleaned, they weren't
Whole house:
ceiling fans not dusted
garbage not taken out
pictures on wall left crooked
streaks on window glass
left cards indicating what room received special attention - we do not even have a utility room in our house
I have stopped their service, because of the overall poor quality of workmanship.
