The floors look beautiful and anyone would be jealous! They helped us pick out the right colored grout, which is so important because it can really change the look. They had us pick out a lighter color grout because the darker grouts tend to dominate the floor. They did an outstanding job with that, too. They also ordered the tile for us and figured it all out to make it work. They also advised us how to seal the tile to keep the grout from getting dirty. His workers are so polite and very considerate. They put down a heavy canvas over my hardwood floors as not to damage them, as well as a protectant on my carpet.

They were recommended to me. They are a small company. Their crew moved into my house. They ripped my bathroom apart and put it back together in about 4 days. They were wonderful to work with. I was very selectable about my timing and they were very honest about when they were going to do it. I went to them originally in October and they said realistically it could not be done before Christmas. They set the timing and I kept in touch with them. It is pretty important to keep in touch with them to remind them. They came when they said they were going to come. They were right on the money with the estimate. They gave me an estimate and it was exactly what the price turned out. They really did a lot for that amount of money. I really didn't have a lot of money to put into it so they really worked with me. The installer was wonderful. My experience with them was nothing but good. I think they must be doing fairly large job but their showroom is pretty small. If I am redoing my kitchen I will use them. I have another bathroom that needs to be redone and I will use them in the future.

Krogman Tile does good work. My bathtub area looks great. I received an estimate quickly upon reaching them, but didn't hear from them for over a week. Then they called on the day they were able to come. The guys were friendly and professional and skilled. No problems, except they did not re-attach the faucet fixtures, which surprised me. But I called a plumber. Not a big deal.

The project went quite well and the final bill was just 5% over the quote. Considering they had to replace some insulation and spend an extra day because of moisture, this seemed very reasonable! It's a very trusting company and we didn't have to pay anything until we were satisfied with the work. If we had any questions about the project, before or after it was completed, they sent someone to the house to check it out. None of the moisture issues have returned and the bathroom is just beautiful.

In terms of quality, my only complaint is that I've had to re-caulk a couple places around the window, but they gave us a tube of matching caulk so matching wasn't a problem.

Krogman did a fantastic job. The tile looks so good. I couldn't believe that they were able to clean everything off without damaging the slate. They also regrouted some areas, so everything looks like it did when it was installed years ago. The guys that came over to work were great - they cleaned everything up, were very professional, and knowledgable. I highly recommend them.

First off the price was good, and they came in right on budget. The finished work looks great, and I am happy with my bathroom. HOWEVER, they were a royal pain in the butt to get them here to complete the stuff on-time. We had to call and yell at them multiple times on multiple days for not doing what they promised they would do or showing up when promised. We had originally scheduled the install to start in May, but some stuff came up. We called about moving the install up earlier so we wouldn't have to take time off work. Called the owner to ask about changing the dates. Owner left a message on my answering machine saying install date would be changed to our requested earlier date. We called Friday before to confirm they would be here on Monday. They said no. Insisted that our install date was the original one set up, claimed no one ever told us that we could have an earlier time. Although I did still have the message on my machine from the owner saying the date change was fine. We had to take multiple days off of work, as well as ask family to drive down from Omaha to cover the days we couldn't be here. Promised us multiple times that the bathroom would only take 1 week (it went 10 days). Sunday: had to remove sink and toilet ourselves, or we would be charged extra. So it was taken out and moved out of the way for them to start on Monday. Day 1. Demo. Everything went ok, will return tomorrow to put in tub and tile. Day 2. Put in tub. Waited around all day, and tile guys were a no show. Called and said they would be there tomorrow, 8 am. Day 3. Arrived late afternoon, said it was wrong tub, they couldn't do anything. Need to get a replacement tub. Will return next day. No work done. Day 4. Installed 2nd tub and floor tile. Day 5. grouted floor. Day 6 and 7 Weekend. They don't do weekends, so we had to wait until Monday for them to work on anything again. Day 8. Installed tile around tub. Day 9. Grouted tile around tub. Day 10. Installed sink and everything else, sealed grout in tub area and installed sliding shower door. The plumbers they used for this were amazing, did an excellent job, and they were always here at exactly 8:30 AM. The plumbers professionally reinstalled the sink and the toilet, and even put in new lines. The plumbers were NOT from Krogman Tile. It was VERY frustrating trying to get things done. When you call the office to complain, the lady answering the phone never seems to know the answer to your question. It's always, I'll have someone call you back. Since our house only has 1 bathroom, we had to stay in a hotel during the fix. It was horrible getting them here on time. They seemed very nonchalant about everything. I don't think I would use them again in the future. We have a limited schedule, and I do not like a company that cannot complete projects on-time, and who will not show up when promised.

The tile came out beautifully. He took care to cut and lay each piece so everything came out even. I was considering doing such a small job myself (about 10 sqft) but am glad I didn't! It surely wouldn't have come out so nice and neat.
