Architectural Service
The drawings were very professional and Jon dealt with several issues with this older house, both in the planning stage and in the permit stage. He met with Building And Safety and was successful in acquiring the permit even though there were some existing construction issues (113 year old house). He was also available to answer some questions that arose after the house was opened up to reveal how loads had been dealt with (actually NOT dealt with) in earlier construction.
