 + -1 moreThe drawings were very professional and Jon dealt with several issues with this older house, both in the planning stage and in the permit stage. He met with Building And Safety and was successful in acquiring the permit even though there were some existing construction issues (113 year old house). He was also available to answer some questions that arose after the house was opened up to reveal how loads had been dealt with (actually NOT dealt with) in earlier construction.
Description of Work: Jon produced drawings of my project to expand an exisitng first floor bedroom, add a deck above the expansion and replace a hip roof with a gable roof to allow access to the new deck and provide more room on the second floor.
