As it stopped a flood in my basement caused my the city contracted work on the street - while digging a hole by my street shut off, they pushed the pipe causing a rupture and a flooding in my basement, lots of things ruined and no compensation there. But John's plumbing had a man out at my house after I got off from work and was able to perform the fix in under 30 min, as it was only replacing 5and quot; of copper pipe by my shut off valve.
I requested to be contacted for further work (an estimate) but I have not heard back from them yet.

These guys are the plumbers I'd always wanted but could never find! I'm so glad a friend gave me their name. Their business ethic is incredible, and they very much care about doing a good job, as if the work were being done in their own home. As long as I live in this town, they are the ones I plan to use when I need a plumber. Both times we were incredibly pleased with their work and their attitude. They explain carefully everything they do, and give you lots of helpful tips on how to keep your system running well for as long as possible.
The technician who installed my water softener and R/O was particularly skilled, and he even took it upon himself to return to my house the next week with a different hose to run the filtered water to my fridge, and explained to my why the one I had wasn't best in the long run. I admit that I hedged a bit on having him come back again, thinking that I was going to have to pay an additional service charge, but he only laughed and said, and quot;No, we don't do business that way. There's no charge for me coming next week again.and quot;
I do recall that I didn't get a bill from them for the work until several months later, but that wasn't an issue for me, since I knew it would be coming and roughly how much it would be.
Very pleased with these guys. Don't pass up a chance to use them.

They take time and do good work. If I have a problem, they can respond quickly, even to a small need. I've used him for years for various plumbing projects and repairs. I can't be more pleased with them.

Went fine. Had leak for over a year and it took him only an hour or less to fix

They were late in getting our quote done and didn't return phone calls right away but once they arrived to do the work they got it done quickly.

They did exactly what they said they would do and they came out exactly when they said they were going to. They were punctual. Their prices were not quite as good as another company that we got an estimate from.

They were great to work with. The price was lower than another company. We were very happy with them. They were here when they said they were going to be.
