Sitting in the waiting room it started to go down hill. The service advisor named Mike Reiken came into the waiting room advising me the rotors didn't fit. Why ? He didn't know, didn't find out. didn't give the old ones to me. So I'm stuck unless I approve their new ones for $127. Okay I approved. Not 15 minutes later this same Service advisor tells me I have a coolant leak, front struts are leaking and rear shocks are shot. I asked about 100,000 mile warranty and was told " Oh no none of that is covered." Feeling a little overwhelmed I declined service and just asked to finish the Oil Change and Brakes. Thinking the bill would be $22 for LOF, $99 for brakes and $127 for rotors totaling about $150. Imagine my surprise when  given a $412 dollar bill. I about crapped. Asking about coupons they knocked $5 off the bill but still hosed me $407 including $21 for supplies (rags and brake kleen) and $12 for insurance (what for ??). Now here's the worse part. I came home and looked up warranty on the net and called Huber Chevrolet who told me yes water pump is covered come on in. After keeping the car overnight and providing a very nice loaner car they called and said " There is absolutely nothing wrong with your car. NOT waterpump, NOT struts, NOT shocks. I feel cheated and preyed upon. I'm old and disabled and was told they probably saw my handicap sticker and thought SUCKER ! Kind of makes sense.I contacted the service manager named Pete Gascon and was given run around for weeks. Then sent me $66 for my trouble. What about the rest of the overcharge and the lying. Steer clear of these guys and head to Huber !
