We’re going there because of the warranty of the car, and the warranty is over with so we’ll be finding somebody a little closer. Their prices are pretty comparable, the service is excellent. You wait a long time to have your car be serviced. Their punctuality is very good.

Service department mis-diagnosed cause of leak as oil filter even though I had told them going in that the leak was coming from where the filter mounted and not from the filter itself. The vehicle still leaks oil. They promised me access to a rental vehicle while my vehicle was being serviced. Instead I got shuttle service. Had to wait over 2 hours to be picked up after I called for a ride. What turned out to be simply an oil change took over 5 hours to complete.
