The technician that came out replaced the broken sprinkler head. He said the other sprinkler heads weren't popping up and he thought it was the water pressure. He didn't know how to fix it. He called his boss. In the meantime the technician wasted time doing work that I had not requested be completed. The problem with the water pressure was a broken valve at the water source. The replaced the valve, but they also replaced 10 sprinkler heads that were not broken. The problem was with the valve, not the sprinkler heads. They did not ask me if I wanted the sprinkler heads replaced, they performed the work without my knowledge and consent. The sprinkler heads that they replaced were not in the zone that I had originally requested. They then sent me this ridiculously expensive bill for work that did not need to be completed.

Excellent. One sprinkler head was plugged and another realigned. Taken care on the spot. Professional and very friendly. Hunt Irrigation installed our system and have serviced it every spring and fall. We are very pleased with their quality of work and highly recommend.

It went excellent.  Called late in the day on Thursday and the crew was on site first thing the next morning.  The repairs were done and they were cleaned up very quickly.

The technician did an initial survey of my system them commenced repairing the obvious and then took care of my concerns. He replaced heads and also replaced the soil so it was not an issue..

Called to request a leaking sprinkler head to be replaced.  An inspection of the whole system was suggested and agreed to.  An appointment was made at a convenient time and the workers were on time.  I showed them the leaky sprinkler head. They began the inspection and found a few other broken heads and leaks.  I was given an estimate of $262 for the job.  I agreed and the work began.  In one corner of the yard, tree roots had grown over the pipes and caused a leak. The workers spent a significant amount of time trying to dig out the roots and get to the leak without success.  Finally, I was called by the office and told that the workers had to leave to get to their next job and they would have to consult the owner as to how to fix the problem.  We decided to cap off the zone until further work could be done.  As they were leaving, they said they hadn't had time to fix the original sprinkler head that was the main reason I had called for service and it was still leaking.  The next day I received an invoice for $413.00-charged more than the estimate due to the extra time they spent working on the tree roots.  I called and voiced my concern over the unauthorized extra charge and the fact that they never fixed the problem I had asked them to come fix in the beginning.  I requested that they come back and just fix the leaky sprinkler head at no charge.  They refused. 

My personal opinion is that the workers should have realized the scope of the tree root problem (because certainly they must have dealt with tree roots in the past) and scheduled another time to come back when they had more time and equipment instead of trying to dig them out by hand and shovel.  They also should have made my original problem a priority and fixed that first.  Lastly, it is a small thing I requested and a company concerned for their reputation and pride of service would have done it to earn my loyalty.  I will not be using this company again.

We met at their office where Jeremy explained all the different sprinkler heads and options available in control panels. Hunt irrigation was very competitive. They arrived and completed the job in two days. The plumber and electrician they subcontracted were in and out under an hour each. The last minute adjustments were made without a hesitation. Hunt back filled the trenches with dirt. The system was set up for the next several weeks. Everything was cleaned up before leaving. I found Jeremy to be very professional, knowledgable, and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend their services.

The technician was very thorough, did diagnostic tests and reviewed with us before performing any fixes so were well aware of costs ahead of time. We were very happy with the overall experience.

Excellent! I was very impressed by the professionalism and detail provided - educating me on all of my options depending on what type of system and features I wanted to invest in - price was good compared to competing quote for what we selected. We did have to wait several weeks before they could get us in but there is just that much demand for them. They were in and out in a day and a half - nice job - cleaned up after themselves. Jeremy was detailed in his estimate and detailed in teaching how to run the system. I would recommend Hunt Irrigation to anyone wanting to get sprinklers installed!!

Tech was on time, performed the service agreed upon at the agreed price, found 7 sprinkler heads that needed to be replaced and did so. Made other adjustments to the system so it operated at maximum efficiency. Left materials on new services they now offer. Worked with them for 7 years now.
