We are in the midst of a basement remodel of our 1920 home, which required substantial updating to our plumbing. Greens has provided us with outstanding service and recommendations throughout the entire process. Jerry Kobza was an exceptional manager and helped keep our project on task. He went beyond the call of duty to coordinate with Green's HVAC group while always being available to answer questions. And our plumber Duane was just simply fantastic. He was timely, hard-working, and most important, incredibly knowledgeable. In the end, Duane made our project even better than what we had originally expected. If you are ever in need of a quality plumber, I'd highly recommend Duane and Greens.

I called early afternoon one day and was scheduled to have someone come over the next morning. He explained everything to me and walked me through what he was doing. The solution was a very minor fix that he took care of and I was so pleased with how thorough he was and his service. I have already shared with my friends and family who I used and will definitely be using Green's from now on!

The technician worked from 8 in the morning till 5pm putting in new piping after removing the old, came back the next day to finish a few things. He was on time, professional and communicated well what he was going to be doing.

The kitchen faucet is perfect. One of the shower faucets needed a little tweeking after the installation, but Green's came right out and fixed it with no charge. I would definitely use their service again. We have also had them check the furnace and air conditioner and have not had any problems.

They did a very good job.

We have been using them for 30 years. They would be my first choice. They knew what they were doing and were reasonable on the price. They were personable, they don't mind talking to you while they are working. They tell you anything you need to know. They are good people.

It was good. He told me what was wrong and why it was wrong. They put everything out there in front of you. There's nothing hidden. They just show you what it is and what it does. They answer every question.
They were coming out every two weeks replacing and item, or waiting for the item from the manufacturer. One day in the mail, they said our bill was completely paid off. You don't see that stuff anymore, and because of that, they have my loyalty.

The whole project from start to finish was excellent. The estimates were complete and accurate. The schedule was set about two weeks before the start and was adhered to throughout. All work by Greens was excellent. There were plumbing issues and they problem-solved those. The install of the onyx was perfect and the material arrived on time. Coordination with the painter and carpenter we brought in was seamless. The estimator from Greens was great the workman was as well. This was a very successful project for us.

Our line was completely clogged, and runs from the back of the house to
the front, so it was quite a task.  They were very quick, very through,
and answered all my questions.  I also loved that they gave a me a
30-minute "heads up" call when they were on their way.  The price was
good, the technicians were very friendly, and we haven't had the
slightest problem since they did the drain cleaning.  Very pleased with
their service, and would recommend them highly.

Green's did not install my Heat or A/C but I was unhapy with that company.  I have used Green's ever since.  They have always been on time, call before they get there and are usually there same day or next day if needed.  They have a heat and a/c service contract that makes it 75% less if you take that instead of calling every spring and every fall.  This way they call you to set appt so you don't forget.  Totally happy with this Green's.

The hot water heater failed Wednesday Night/Thursday morning. They were the only ones who could make it out before Monday. Showed up at 8am Friday morning as promised. Took 2 1/2 hours. Very professional service. Will definitely use them again.

My husband had already known them and we just always used them. I don't know any company to compare quality of work and cost because we always use them. We bought this house and somehow my husband had contacted them.

They have kept our heating and cooling system functioning well for more than six years. The repairs of our two bathroom sinks went flawlessly.

Good. We had a furnace and two air conditioners which were initially installed in 1986. We had had them serviced regularly, but the frequency of servicing was becoming twice a season. We call two HVAC contractors and Green's was 15% less expensive for the exact same equipment and installation. They came when the said they would to do the work, they did their work efficiently and they were clean and tidy in the process.
