They were on time and were okay with me watching and asking questions and helping when I could. My old Frankenhouse always throws a curve ball at service professionals but Spence looked everything over, asked me questions, made sure he understood the setup, and found a solution that didn't end up costing me much over the estimate. Turns out the old water heater had been incorrectly installed by a do-it-yourselfer before I moved into my house and the setup took a little correction to accommodate the new one. It took a little longer than he had planned but he didn't complain and didn't charge me extra for the time. Communication was great, I felt he was very knowledgeable and professional, and I think the price was good.

We didn't have to wait forever for an appointment even though our issues weren't emergency issues. They were fast, willing to explain what they were doing as they went along (they didn't mind me tagging along from room to room), and really thought about the cost of the project. When it turned out we were going to have to replace the faucet in the bathroom, they suggested that we purchase one ourselves rather than get one immediately through them since it could wait a few days. They wrote down exactly what I needed to buy so that they could replace it with less labor and came out a second time the next week without charging a second service charge! Quality work and really friendly people.
