We set the approximate dates up in the contract, and then they notify me a day or so before to make sure it's OK. The contract is less expensive then paying for individual cleanings. The cost is determined by the number of windows, which is fair. I have been contracting for two years now and I find them very competent, efficient and professional. The first time I had them clean, I had not cleaned some of those high windows for several years. When they finished I had to get my sun glasses it was so bright in the house!
