Excellent results!! His response was quick, he kept us informed of his progress, and he installed the doors I wanted. He also found the doors we wanted at a lesser cost than Menards.

Troy was helpful and pleasant. He provided same day service and was the consumate professional in his attention to detail. He left the work area better than he found it and made sure everything worked to my satisfaction before leaving. His rates were low considering the service provided. I would call him again without hesitation. It was just a breath of fresh air to find such service when so many are happy to do a job halfway.

Premier arrived on time, gave me several choices as to cost and after finishing the job explained how the new door opener worked and even volunteered to come back if I had any further questions. A really super job.

He arrived on time - my door was stuck in the open position - and got bearings replaced, fixed problems from previous installer, very professional and thorough.
He went above and beyond just getting the door to open/close. He gave it a good tune up.

I was very pleased with the advice I received from Troy during our first conversation over the phone regarding with garage door opener would be the best for our situation. This opener is a replacement for an existing, older garage door opener. His workmanship deserves an A and I feel very confident that his recommendation is the best for our situation. Troy took his time explaing the operation of the new opener as well as safely issues.

The job went very well. Troy arrived on time and was ready to begin the installation. He explained things to me and answered all my questions. He did an excellent job and I am very pleased with the product, the installation, the price, and with Troy.

Had a 25-point checklist he went down and made several needed adjustments. he also showed us a few things we can do on our own to eliminate the need for service calls. Price was very reasonable and he'll be our go-to guy on garage door issues going forward.

My original goal was to replace a broken torsion cable on my garage door and I was calling local contractors to find a place to purchase the cables. When I spoke with Tory of Premier Door he explained the risks associated with replacing the cables myself. I decided to error on the side of prudence and requested an estimate from Tory for the price of the repair. Tory's estimes was reasonable so I scheduled the repair. Tory's was very profession and his work was top quality. Once all the parts were replaced, Tory ensured that the garage door opener was adjusted properly so that it opens and closes smoothly.

I had a damaged garage door that required a replacement track. I called Troy to get an estimate and scheduled an appointment. Troy came out on time and provided an estimate on the repairs. I was pleased with the price and decided to have the work done immediately. He did a nice job, recommended a couple of minor add-ons that were needed, cleaned up, and had the door working in short order. He also took the time to swap out the battery on our opener key pad to get it working as well. I'd recommend his services and would use them again if needed.
