I used the Edible Arrangements website to order this bouquet of "fruit flowers" to my niece, who just had a baby. I live in Chicago - she is in Lincoln, Nebraska. I received e-mail confirmation that the order had been "farmed out" to the Lincoln franchise. I spoke several times to the Lincoln store to be sure that the delivery was expected the following day, and contained the items I had requested. The people who worked there were very courteous and helpful. When one item in the bouquet was not as expected, the store made a 2nd delivery to be sure we were happy with the product. I would rate this store an A+ on both quality and service - they went out of their way to be sure we were happy. The product is a little pricey, but well worth it, as far as I was concerned.
