The small leaks we wanted fixed doubled. Then quadrupled. Now they are too numerous to count. We have RIVERS of water running down the drywall, inside the walls, and pouring out of electrical and light sockets. When we called Rick he told us he'd be out the next day. We didn't hear from him again for almost 2 weeks. Again he told us he'd be out the next day and again he no-showed. We are SO MUCH WORSE OFF now than we were before Rick Reineke! Whatever you do DO NOT HIRE THIS CON ARTIST!
