 + 1 moreThe small leaks we wanted fixed doubled. Then quadrupled. Now they are too numerous to count. We have RIVERS of water running down the drywall, inside the walls, and pouring out of electrical and light sockets. When we called Rick he told us he'd be out the next day. We didn't hear from him again for almost 2 weeks. Again he told us he'd be out the next day and again he no-showed. We are SO MUCH WORSE OFF now than we were before Rick Reineke! Whatever you do DO NOT HIRE THIS CON ARTIST!
Description of Work: We hired Rick Reineke (ECO Weather Roofers) to fix some small leaks in our commercial roof. The following is from the work contract (make sure to note the GUARANTEE): Work Performed: Repairs to all apparent problem areas using commercial grade materials according to manufacturers specifications. these areas consist of all roof protrusions, along gutters edge, parapet wall repair, and open areas in field of the roof system. Materials include but not limited to Mulehide SBS modified (rubberized) flashing, Firestone or Genflex lap sealant, Geocel 2300 sealant, Mulehide 121 primer/sealant, and muslin. Also re-welding of seams in mild ponding areas. Guarantee: In doing these requirements this work is given a two year guarantee. During this time period we will provide one hundred percent of the materials and labor required to maintain the watertight integrity of the roof system.
