+ -1 moreI decided to use Pella doors and windows instead, due to lies I was told by the Earl Carter representative. The Pella company is great to work with.
Description of Work: I received a quote from Steve Erickson to install 2 Eagle Doors. I asked that he change the metal from brushed bronze to brushed nickel on the order form. He increased the quote and told me that brushed nickel was more expensive. I called the manufacturer and was told that all metal is identical in price. He also told me that a square trim could not be done by Eagle, but would have to be done by Earl Carter for an additional $200. Again, this was false. I wasted months trying to nail down a price from them, only to continually be lied to and given the run around. I eventually bought 2 doors from Pella and have been blown away by their service and upfront pricing.
