Always really professional and prompt. Always able to diagnose problems with the car and present courses of action. Will pay a little more because it's a dealer. But after some poor experiences elsewhere, I find it worth it to get it diagnosed and corrected right the first time. Really nice and responsive crew.

Excellent. I call for an appointment. I drive into the car area and they take the car from there. They meet me as I drive in. I wait in the waiting room and there is coffee available. It never takes long. Paying is easy. The car is waiting for me in the car area. The service manager is prompt and polite.

What I like about them is that there is no pressure to buy a vehicle. They will always make sure you ok, but they are not over your shoulder. We have dealt with 5 other dealership and will never go to another one. They are very friendly. I like their service. They appreciate you coming out.

We just moved here from out of state. Both our car and truck needed serviced. We had several complaints that needed addressed. Dropped our first car there and rented a car. They called and gave us a list of repairs that totaled $3,300 on a ten year old car. Our main concern was that the car was overheating and a tracking issue. My husband communicated this. We did not do all of the repairs that they listed as some were not eminent and it was just too costly to do it all. They had the car for five days. When we got the car back, it was still overheating and the issue was not fixed. Took it back and rented a car again. They looked and said it was something different now. They felt bad, but said they would only charge us for parts and not labor on the next repair. We went ahead and it was another couple hundred. Got the car back and my husband drove the work the next day only to have steam/smoke fill up the car and under the hood. Had to take it in again and they said something must have spilled inside under the hood but everything looked fine. Took it home and then we left on vacation. Got home and hubby had to drive it out of town 50 miles when it overheated and shut down. He called Duteau and told them he needed a rental car and for them to tow his car in. They did tow it to and out of town Chevy dealer where they told us that a new repair was needed that would cost almost $600. We asked as many questions as we knew to ask, but they insisted that each time was a new issue and that the previous repair was necessary and completed. This was only the first car. We also had work done on our truck at the same time. Complaint was a grinding noise. They told us it what was needed and it was going to be about $1,500. I am sure it is not a surprise that when we got the truck back, it was still making the same sound and actually sounded worse. We have decided not to take it back to make them fix the problem, although we do not believe they fixed anything. We feel foolish for letting it go this far, but felt a bit trapped once we got into it. This company does not deal rightly with people. They did not fix one thing that we took the cars in for and they did nothing to make it right. I believe that they know when people don't understand cars and take full advantage of it. I would NOT recommend going to this repair center.

They put a clutch in it last year and it only took a day and a half. They picked up me up and took me to get my truck when it was done. They do really good work, are really responsible, are fast and efficient, and they have good communication. I have had no problems.
