Travis came out and gave me my options of replacing the broken torsion spring with another single spring as per the original set up, or install 2 springs. He was not pushy at all and just gave the facts between one spring versus two. I decided to go with 2 springs because the labor was the same as replacing 1 spring so it was only another $54 for the additional spring. I also decided on 2 springs because when you have a single and it breaks, you can't get the door up to get your car out. With a double when one spring breaks, you can assist the door along with the opener and at least get it open. Travis also tightened the hinges, oiled them, and applied grease to my garage door opener's worm gear. He did this on both my double door and single garage door even though he only replaced the springs on the double door. Both doors are now very quiet running and operate smoothly. Owner Dave is a Lincoln native and has hired an outstanding employee in Travis. Dave obviously runs his business with integrity and charges fair prices. I would highly recommend Door Doctor for your garage door needs, and that's coming from a 30+ year shop teacher in the school system.

Called Dave, said he would come over in a little bit. Dave called me back in an hour to say he was on his way. He and his helper straightened the door, and serviced the door and checked the opener. Did a very good job!!! Would recommend to everyone

Doug and his team were fantastic!! They did a quality job, and went above and beyond in their service, including doing some additional work that wasn't planned while they waiting for additional parts to arrive. I will be using them shortly to install another one!

Dave and his crew were amazing. They came out right away to access what I needed, and give me an estimate. My final bill was just a bit under what was estimated. The job was done to perfection, and you will never find a more friendly group of people. Fast and reliable with the best equipment around. I highly recommend them for any garage door issues you may have.

I can't say enough positive things about Door Doctor.  From the first time I called to the time they pulled out of my driveway after the job was done, it was excellent service.  I called for an estimate and had someone arrive and give me a very clear picture of my choices of product and the costs.  There was no hard sell or up sell at all.  I was the one who had to ask about and suggest that I get a new opener along with the new door.  
Ordering the door was easy, and it took about a week and a half, but that was because I didn't order until the end of the week.  If you order on Monday or Tuesday, your door should be in by the following Monday.  Installation was done by the owner, along with a couple of his employees.  It took just 4 hours for the entire job to be done.  They swept my garage floor at the end and took the time to show me how to operate the new opener and were happy to answer any questions I have.
Don't go elsewhere.  This is the place to get your garage door serviced or replaced.
