Service was performed by Brett and his employee. They came over to check what was wrong and scheduled another date to make the repair. A day after the repair was completed, Brett came over to make sure there was no leak in the line.

Brett and his assistant were very courteous and spoke directly to me about what the sprinkler system needed. I asked them to do what they could to keep costs down and they did so. I asked them to come out as quickly as they could as i seeded my yard and then realized my sprinkler system needed repair.

The job was done professionally, they were on time for our appointment and very courteous.

My system is 43 years old and has not been updated. My call to Mr. Dahlheim was answered quickly and set up the date for the work as soon as had some free time on his schedule. He arrived right on time and brought a worker with him who helped him do the work. He did not replace any sprinkler heads that were working well, but did adjust them for better coverage. He notified me when he was finished and mailed the invoice in a timely manor. I was very impressed with the entire job.

The experience went very well. We would hire him for all of our irrigation needs.

I had what I thought was a severe leak in the system as water was saturating the ground around a valve. Brett replaced a leaky valve, however, that was not the complete problem. As the ground continued to be saturated, Brett came back and studied the entire system and determined there was a drain valve near the replaced valve that allowed the system to drain after master valve shutoff. This type of drain system made it unnecessary to air blow the lines to winterize. Since I was running the system often, the draining water from the lines after the master valve shut off was accumulating and saturating the ground at the drain. After identifying the problem, Eric recommended and then installed a manual drain valve to close the drain while in use and instructed me to open the manual drain valve each year before winter. Brett stayed with the problem until resolved and followed up several times. He provided great customer service.

They did a great job, did exactly what we needed, and were very efficient.
