Everything went well and the furnace is working again. He did not have the part to fix it though and had to run and get the part. I think it was a generic part and I do wonder why he did not have one on hand. I'm sure I was charged for the trip to get the part. Very friendly. The cost did seem a tad high but not outrageous.

Estimate was cheaper than any one else. Work completed on time. Immaculate clean up. I've used Craig for years and he has always been the ultimate professional. He sells you only what you need. He is always on time. He calls ahead of time. I highly recommend him.

The job sent very well. Craig called before he arrived to start work, communicated with me periodically as the installation progressed and cleaned up after the installation was completed. I was informed that my existing and quot;air returnand quot; vents may not pass inspection but I was advised larger ones would be installed if needed and at no additional cost. Craig arranged for the inspection and re-inspection. Everything went very smooth. Craig is a very pleasant person to work with.

Craig's Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. did an excellent job. He is very honest and professional and always shows up on time. He even helped us get a tax credit for the furnace we bought from him.

He is competitively priced. He is personable and I was pleasantly surprised.
