College Works Painting - Nebraska

They were definitely more affordable than the rest...probably by 15%. Unfortunately I don't think you always know the quality of workmanship that you are going to get with this company. Let's be realistic...most of the college kids they are hiring probably aren't making a profession out of this. They did ok, but there were lots of little things I found wrong at the end...like areas where they didn't prime and they also ruined my screen. Next time I think I will just bite the bullet and hire a professional team who has more industry industry experience.

We were very happy with the work. We did have them come back for some touch up work. And that was done very quickly.

Excellent service and cheaper price.

We had more downs than ups. I paid extra for a second coat of paint, which I don't feel I got. They guys just sprayed one side and then resprayed that same side again without letting it dry. There is much "flash" showing everywhere. I have a cement foundation and many places it is showing the old paint color. The guys took 4 weeks to finish my house because it was a weekend crew and they had to fix so many things. Some are still issues but I'm trying to touch them up. The manager on my job and I had a serious communication problem. No notifications of appointments and times. Most times, I contacted him. Many more things, but I leave it with "Not a happy customer".

Good... project management was a good experience from the start through the end. There were times when the crew did not show up on time or left early, but the job was done. They made sure we were satisfied with the final work.

Fairly well. There are some areas that I wish they had fixed as far as painting goes, but I also understand that I have a VERY, very old house and some wood just needs to be replaced. I was very happy with the professionalism and the willingness to allow me to make payments so that a job that really needed to be done could get done. I am thankful he stoped by an in no way pressured me into something I did not want to do. I was very impressed. Very professional.

Overall I was happy with our experience with College Works Painting. I would recommend them and would hire them again.

Good and efficient.

austin lowell stopped by our house to see if we were interested in having our house painted by a group i had never heard of. a little skeptical, i thought i would look into it. Austin made our house painting experience a fun, well worth the price, one. They were very nice, respectful and done in no time. cant explain how much i love our paint job!

Overall, we are very satisfied with the finished product. Our only complaint was that during lead abatement, the loose paint chips were not contained sufficiently and were found in the yard and surrounding garden bed areas around the house. The crew was very apologetic though, and did a lot of extra work to vacuum up the loose paint chips. Apart from this one issue, the finished product looks very good. The crew was very responsive and we felt comfortable contacting the lead at any time, even outside business hours, with any comments/questions that we had. They were very professional and very responsive to our questions. We are very pleased with the work that they did and would definitely recommend them to others.

They showed up on time, stayed late and cleaned as they went. The paint was excellent and very professional. would definitely use them again.

Great job of scraping and cleanup. Did a good job of spot priming and painting.

Everything went very well. James and crew were very skilled and professional. They treated my home as if it was their own. They were thorough, timely, courteous and neat. There was no fuss, no mess and they left the house looking great. I highly recommend James Buell and his crew. Hal

This company did a fantastic job painting my house and giving me all the information on the entire process. Being a first time home owner, this company was a god send. I've never had experience with getting my house painted and they provided me information on what kind of paint they were going to use, what machines they were going to use, how they were going to do it and how long it would take. They always kept me in the loop to, telling me what they were going to do and when, and even called me when they had an opening in their schedule before the scheduled time for my house to be painted. I appreciate everything they have done and I couldnt have been more satisfied with how my exterior paint job on my house turned out. I highly recommend this company!

Very well, he was courteous and let me know when he was leaving and when he would be back. He kept things picked up and clean.

have our dream of having a beautifully painted house realized. Mr. Coogan’s
hard-work, dedication, and high degree of integrity were truly amazing and we
wanted to make sure you knew about our experience. 
As in any endeavor, there are challenges and obstacles
along the way – our project was no different. However, what is most impressive
about Mr. Coogan was the tenacity and determination with which he overcame each
obstacle, all while maintaining the highest level of concern for our needs and
customer satisfaction. When we had doubts or questions he did not shy away from
answering each one, as well as adjusted to our changing needs as the project
progressed. We understand this could not have been easy, but Mr. Coogan’s
attitude was always enthusiastic and positive, for which we were both very grateful.
It was truly a pleasure to work with Brendan on our home
and we will always think highly of his work, attention to detail, and the
ability he demonstrated in listening to our concerns and addressing them. He
was always friendly, professional, and willing to hear what we had to say – all
fabulous skills that can be challenging to acquire at any age. The fact that
Mr. Coogan has a huge head start on most people will serve him well in all of
