Description of Work: Heard good things about Clearwater. After they came out to bid the work they never got back to me. I called multiple times over a 3 month period and emailed. When I called I was told someone would call me back,I would wait and call back after several days. I even offered that if they were not interested in bidding to let me know and that di not happen - simply no response.
