They didn't charge me anything. They just come by and take a look at the problem. They are honest and reasonable. Responsiveness is definitely an A.

Have worked with Gene, for many years and he services my family's houses in town. Not only is he very professional, and on time, but only replaces the parts that really need it. I've been after him to replace my unit because its 25 yrs. old, but he keeps telling me, it's running good. How many a/c guys would turn down replacing the whole system! I send him to my moms house, and don't have to worry about her getting ripped off.

Gene is always punctual, even though he and I chat for most of the time he is working. Somehow he can still maintain his schedule. He does my annual furnace checks, and is always very reasonable. If you do not have heat or air-conditioning, he will prioritize your job....always the same day for me, in that case. He works quickly and lives up to his Clean name. I never have to run around after him and clean up. He is also good about helping you plan for the long term. How long an old unit will likely last. Does it need replacing, or can you just replace some parts in it...that kind of thing. The other HVAC company I review here is likely to recommend new filters, new furnaces and new AC quite often in my experience. Gene is willing to help you nurse along the oldest geezer furnace or AC until it is permanently dead.
