This is a family business, with the third generation now working in the business. We are a member of the National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors and the American Watch and Clock Institute. All repairs and sales are guaranteed for one year.

I first contacted the shop via an email. The shop was more than willing to work with me using emails. I live 50 miles from the shop and they suggested I could bring my clock to a local address when he was in Omaha doing onsite work for a customer. This saved me from having to make a 100 mile round trip. THANK YOU.
I picked up the clock on April 5th and was able to talk to the technician who actually worked on clock. I appreciate being able to ask questions about what was wrong with the clock and how to prevent future problems.
