Despite making an appointment an entire week in advance Capital Overhead Door still stood me up. I took the day off work and waited around all day for a tech to show up. At 4:00 I called them and they promised they were still going to show up, at 4:25 they called and said they would not be able to make it until tomorrow. I had to leave a back door unlocked so they could come in. Then they called me at work and told me they needed my car remote to fix the opener.
Despite their service failures Capital Overhead Door did nothing with my bill to make up for my wasted time.

"We were very sorry for this inconvenience that occurred due to the very high volume week we were having. Due to this unusual inconvenience on our part we removed service charges from your bill. Again we apologize and always work to uphold our high standards of customer service."
