Cabinet Making
the ordeal and bs I had to deal with in order to get the correct cabinets was not worth the price difference between them and the other bids we got. We were referred to bob Campbell (the owner) for custom cabinets and we worked with his son, Matt. Total disappointment! Matt told us that he could provide options with our cabinets that weren't possible and instead of being up front with us he avoided communicating with us. He never called when he said he would and did not reorder items when he said he would. It got to the point that my husband and I would stop by the shop to check on our order in person instead of not getting phone calls returned. We placed our original order on march 2, 2013 and today (August 14 2013) we finally picked up our final 3 pieces. I would have more than happily paid more to get a company with better customer service.
