For this final repair, I was extremely impressed with the care Matt's crew took to keep the dust and drywall contained. They put up plastic to keep the dust contained, cleaned up after and everything looked great.

After reading reviews on Angie's List we had a concern about Bower Construction because of the single F grade he received (though that grade is because of inability to connect, not any performance issue on the job). When I called to set up a meeting to look at the job, he was able to come within 2 hours, in the afternoon. Provided us with an estimate that was over $400 less than anyone else we had over for an estimate.
We scheduled the start time for a week later, but just before the weekend he called and said he got an opening over the weekend and can come early. He came over with his employee and started on it on Saturday. Worked very well, kept the area clean and left it spotless when done two days later.
We actually remembered, after the estimate was given, but before the work started that we actually have another side of the wall that we need done (bare drywall that we put up). That was added and the work done on it with no problem at all, and no extra charge.
We will definitely hire him again. We paid him today and asked him for another estimate on some more work around the house.
Very friendly, responsive, and professional.

They committed to completing the project during the first week of July and finished it on time. They were easy to work with and did good work. I would use them again if I ever had the need.

Matt is very helpful, prompt and friendly. We wanted to do some of the work ourselves and he was fine with that. Prices were reasonable and his crew very hardworking. We are having him back to do painting.

He was just phenomenal. He did amazing work. He and his crew were very prompt and presentable. Made sure that the customer's needs were taken care of. He communicated well. Just a very good experience.

Matt came in and got the job done. In the few instances where communication broke down, and we required more work from him, he accommodated us quickly, while working other jobs in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend him.

I called about 8 different dry wall contracters. Only 4 would even return my call. I called Bower Construction and spoke with the owner Matt Bower. Not only did I ask for a quote, but I also asked about timeline of work as I was anxious to complete the basement. He had the best quote for the amount of work needed to be done, and I was pleased with the amount of time he said would be needed to complete the work. He worked with one other guy (sorry can't remember his name), and they were both very friendly yet professional. I was even more thrilled that they finished ahead of the date that had told me. Thumbs up for Bower Construction...would definately call them again for any future work!
