Very professional under tight kitchen sink removal and replacement. No leaks period. Previously used same group to install an under kitchen sink water filter for our refrigerator ice maker. Very neat and clean job in both cases.

The Bouwens plumber came next day, was punctual and quickly discovered NO leak, simply a valve that needed replacing. He got the part, fixed the appliance, and went on his way. $102 as opposed to the several-hundred- dollar heater we did not need (and which the gas service company sells).

The plumber was right on time and performed the work quickly. Quality work for minor plumbing job.

Bouwen's was very good to work with. They do a great job and go above and beyond to help. Their prices are reasonable and their staff is very nice and trustworthy.

There was a little confusion on date for bathroom. Work was delayed about two weeks.
They were recommended by my contractor. Their work was excellent.

Excellent and courteous

My experience with Bouwens has been uneventful, which is a good thing. They do what they say they will do when they say they will do it. Their pricing seems reasonable to me. Every time I call them, they have someone come within 24 hours. I do not know the owners, but the plumbers who come to my house are polite and professional. I think this is a fairly small, family-run company but I am not real sure about all of that.

They were very competent. They were clean. They came on time and they did a good job. I felt safe, having them in my home. I would rate them highly and will use them in the future if needed.

My house and the pipes are from the 1920ies... so they had a heck of a time doing their job... Took about a day and a half, heavy equipment... but they even set the daffodils aside and planted them back in where they were -- that's a tiny detail, but typical for that business: great care and paying attention not to a quick buck made for themselves but the happiness of the customer!
