Bob Nohavec Plumbing

I alway call Bob Nohavec Plumbing and have always been treated fairly by them. They do an excellent job and cleanup after they are done.

The faucet on the outside of my house broke (the cover on the top broke off). I was not able to find the part at any of the plumbing shops in town until I called Bob Nohavec and they not only had the part, but they didn't charge me for it and told me how to put it on.

We had a pipe freeze and crack in our wall as well as a shower that was
only giving cold water and a sink that needed plumbed in. We had called
a few places and nobody showed at one and no call back at the other.
My parents had used Bob Nohavec before and really liked them. After
reading the reviews on Angies list we called them. They were out the
next moring and did all the work in less than 3 hours. It was not the
cheapest place I am sure but they did a great job.

my husband and I decide we were in need of a second bathroom.We made calls for a month and had people gives us quotes,but couldn't find one that would do the job right and legal and within our budget.We finally called Bob Nohavec Plumbing and we were pleased with his professionalism.Within a week we had the company out at our house like they said they would be.They did the job in the time frame given and they even cleaned up the area.When the the bill came it was what we were quoted.

He's just so good and really knows what he's doing. He's very practical and gives really good advice/suggestions/ideas. He was very helpful as far as giving us the full story about things we thought we wanted. Everything was done promptly and done well. He encouraged us to replace the sub-floor, which we are glad we did, because it really needed it. They also took the old toilet out and replaced the upstairs toilet (the original 1940s one) with it. We are just very pleased with their services.

They weren't cheap. The fixtures and the tub-shower combination were fairly expensive. For the labor it cost around $1100. Their price was comparable with anybody else.

I was pleased with all aspects of the service provided.

We were doing a bathroom renovation with a tile company, and they recommended Nohavec Plumbing to do the fixtures, toilet removal/replacement, and vanity/sink removal/replacement. The initial estimate seemed high to us, but the quality of the work was more than worth it. We love our new bathroom. The new vanity was placed exactly how we wanted it and the shower fixtures are perfect. We had a small issue with our toilet having a small leak (it was the fixture itself, not any work done by the plumbers) but they came out and fixed it for free, and quickly.

They were very open to us buying our own materials (shower trim, vanity, faucet) and installed them perfectly.

We are very happy with their work and will call them again when we need a plumber.

We had called three guys for getting a quote and his was not the lowest but his group seemed to be the most professional. My wife thought the best about him and so we decided to go with him. We did have a couple of issues along the way. When they moved the drain, they did not put the water pipe that sends the water out from the water softener into the drain, and we ended up with a pretty big puddle in the basement. They came back and fixed it and took care of all of that, and so that was great. The other issue was evidently with the sink. You are supposed to have a small pipe above the sink for gas or air a little but they put in a big pipe and it sticks out. The space that we have there is very less and we were disappointed with that. I was out of town and my wife spoke to him about it but there was nothing that could be done. He had done all the work that we asked him and he had done it correctly. Everything worked and everything was to code and it was just that we had this big pipe sticking out. He reduced $500 dollars from the estimate without us saying anything. He charged us $500 less because of the pipe and he wrote a note on the bill saying that he hoped this would help towards doing your kitchen renovation when you decide to do it and hide the pipe. He didn't have to do that and it was very nice. He ultimately addressed every little issue that we had and he did it very quickly and professionally. Matt and Ted were his two guys who came to the house and they are both terrific younger guys. They took their time and were happy to do the job right. Nohavec did what he said he was going to do, and tried to make it as right as he possibly could when things did not work out exactly the way we wanted it to.

The job was done very well and looks beautiful! Everything was handled efficiently and on time. The job took one week start to finish. The guys were totally professional and pleasant.

I was really happy with the service from Nohavec Plumbing. The project was scheduled a month ahead of time and by golly they were still on time as promised! The workers were professional and considerate. They finished on time and didn't leave a mess, plus no unexpected expenses. I felt the price was high but that feeling is fading over time. The professional job and beautiful result are worth a little extra.
